Subscriptions: Consultant memberships are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

Refunds: Refund policies vary by service. Consulting sessions may be rescheduled or refunded up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Simulations and digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered.

5. Consultant Terms

Consultants on our platform are independent contractors, not employees of Royal Blackstar. By becoming a consultant, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your qualifications
  • Deliver services professionally and ethically
  • Honor all scheduled appointments
  • Maintain client confidentiality
  • Pay the monthly membership fee of $28
  • Accept our 15% platform fee on earnings

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal purpose
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Transmit viruses or malicious code
  • Scrape or collect user data without permission
  • Circumvent the platform to avoid fees

All content on the Royal Blackstar platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Royal Blackstar or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Consulting advice is provided by independent consultants, and Royal Blackstar does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from any consultation or service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Blackstar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services.
